Big fan of this shop. I've had issues in the past with 3 different dealers in the area and have never had a problem here. I've been going here primarily for routine maintenance and 2 unrelated major items. 1 was a slow coolant leak and another was a known issue causing carbon build up in the intake at the approximate milage that my car had. After the big cleaning, this is like a totally different car. MPG's are back, power is restored, he had the car back to me ahead of schedule and was within the estimate I was given. I will continue to recommend this shop to anybody with a VAG car.

Howard has taken care of two of my VWs for over 10 years and a few hundred thousand miles now, and I would highly recommend Wagenwerx to those looking for a reliable, efficient, friendly service shop. 
If your car has an issue, he'll take the time to explain the problem, and even show you where the part(s) may have failed- you always leave with a bit more knowledge and assurance.

You just don't get that at most dealerships or garages. It's a nice thing to see these days!
