They balanced my tires wrong. Called back the first time and they told me my rims were bent. So to save a trip back over I had my usual tire place (which I should have went to in the first place but they were closed on the day I needed it done) and they told me my rims were perfect and whoever did the balancing did it all wrong. When I called back to see if they could do anything about it, the woman who answered my call was very rude and unprofessional. She immediately told me it was my fault, constantly cut me off, and told me I don't understand how balancing works. She kept telling me my rims were bent and that caused my steering wheel to shake. When I told her I had my rims looked at and they were perfect she got even more short with me and hung up the phone. I could go on but my advice, go somewhere else. Not worth the headache!

This place is the worst place I have EVER brought my car if I could do less then 1 star of would because even 1 star is way too many. First they do work and not even 2 weeks later the belt then fix breaks and they try to say it's our fault THEN I bring my other car (before the first car broke down again) and he tell me it's breaks and something else and it's be about 500 I got pick up the car and it was 1000 with a bunch of extra stuff that was done to the car that no one called and told me. They are always super rude and need serious serious customer service skills i do not ever ever recommend them and I live walking distance away!

Really... the gas station is closed at 8 o'clock on a Monday night very inconvenient to get off the interstate specifically to come to a Sunoco and find them closed at 8 o'clock. ridiculous

Very bad expierence no one helps you at the front desk. Or no one is to be found. They have no people skills. They are very rude. They also take way to long to do everything.

Very professinal and prompt service. Never overcharge you. Never try to get you to get more work done to your vehicle unless they feel it really needs it, even then thier not pushy about it. Came highly recomened from co-workers who had similar good things to say about them. Now i go there for everything. never been disappointed.
