Gas pumps screwed up. Spills gas everywhere! I know they have been told and still they do not fix! If you are interested in getting gas all over yourself, your vehicle and/or motorcycle then this craphole is for you!

This thing should have the option of zero stars! I don't go here unless I have one ounce of gas left because of the staff's rude, arrogant, dumb customer service skills, but what happened this morning  was the straw the broke the proverbial camel's back. I and at least two other customers tried different pumps with our credit card and the damn thing would just freeze. Only workaround was if you went inside and paid in person. After trying three different pumps and failing, I go inside and pay for $10 gas even though I had an empty tank just because I want to give them minimum business. I politely tell the clerk that the pumps are not working to which he hurriedly and dismissively tells me the pumps are all working fine. I pointed out that I tried three different ones and other customers are having trouble paying with their credit cards as well. Dude is like "hurry up, I don't have time for this bull$h!t, they are working fine." I said they are not. He's like you don't know how to use them. I was about to unload so much French on him but since I am fasting today, I refrained from responding and walked away. Never going there again. I'd rather miss work, get towed or worse.

ZERO STARS! The absolute worst station in Springfield and maybe Virginia. STAY AWAY Most cashiers there are TERRIBLE people/workers (except young guy 18-20 and women are good). They ALWAYS take their sweet time while customers wait. I have sat there, as the only customer at the register, and waited while an older man/worker messed with a pricing gun for 5 minutes until I asked him if he can help. I used tire air machine which is broken and deflated my tire and they couldnt care less.  If the owners are reading this please Understand that some, if not most, customers only stop there because of your location and are in a hurry to get gas or a snack so that they can start their drive and complete their long day. If it's later in the day we still do not have time to wait for your cashiers to dilly-

Advertise discount for gas if buying car wash together, but somehow get charged full price for gas without the car wash even though going thru the selection process at the pump. End up with separate transaction for car wash inside, without the discount because "cannot give the discount with the machine" answer. This is the second time. No more coming to this gas station.
