This is a great local shop with the expertise and excellent customer service . I have been going to the service station for almost 5 years now after being referred by a colleague.

I've had 2 bad encounters at this spot. The first time, I paid for a premium oil change which includes tire pressure check and topped off fluids. I am not even sure if the oil change was done. For the $65-$70 I paid for an oil change I did not even get the sticker that lets you know when you are do for your next oil change which lead me to look under the hood. Not only did I not get this update, I also didn't get my fluids topped as stated in the premium oil change. Every single time I had to get work done to my car, I have had to call them for updates, I have never received a call in regards to my vehicle. The next incident, I dropped a tire off to get plugged up because one of the mechanics told me they could do it, a whole month went by and I  didn't even get an update. So I finally get off work early just to go there to check out the tire (week 3) they told me to come back because they didn't know where the tire was. At week 4 I went to pick up the tire and nothing had been done. During this month wait, I got no phone calls on updates, I also got put on hold time after time, and then I got lied to about when the tire would be ready for pickup. The staff may come off as nice if they see you as a money tree or potential customer, but over all the customer service really sucks and I will not ever go back to this Sunoco. I don't care how convenient the location is because the services sucks. I advice you to go elsewhere if you need serious work done to your car. We pay for your services at full price, we deserve full price service. You have been warned, do not go here. I don't even think I'll stop here for gas anymore, the gas may be just as bad as the service.

I took my car because the light engine was on. Various techs has been looking at my car, charging me $315.00 and they programmed the system which resolves the  problem for a day or two then issues seems to appear again and gain for 6 weeks. After the 6th Saturday, I stopped going there. Then i took my car to R&D garage in Alexandria to find out that not only Sunoco Gas station at Alexandria garage  damaged my car by sealing the gas tank lid with silicon (they should NEVER use silicon at all and can be fatal) that causes leakage of gas and also hammered the lid which again causing another damage. Not only they have no clue what they do but they do something that should never have been done. 
Terrible place to get you car fixed
