Totally agree with the crap reviews... I went into this place hoping to give a local shop some business, but that was a mistake.  As soon as I stepped in this place, I could tell I was being sized up as a customer so they could determine just how much bs work they could charge me.  Its not a good sign when you got 4 asian guys who obviously work there sitting on their butts staring at each other within a 9x9ft office.... absolutely nothing to do. I asked the guy to quote some install prices and he couldn't even do that, that's how shady this place is.  DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not go to this place for product or service if you can avoid.

I simply lose confidence on guys in this shop. I went there for alignment service, which was listed as $49, but they tried to charge me $70. Then I negotiated to have both alignment and front/rear tire rotation services for $70.  The mechanics tried to persuade me to change all tires to new ones at this shop. Then I had to pay additional $20 to rotate tires back in order to avoid hard sale of 4 new tires.

This was what happened. After alignment and tire rotation services, my car's alignment was going extremely towards right direction -- I could crush to the right ride instantly if I didnt hold the steering wheel in place with significant strength. The mechanic's suggestion was that I should replace a bar component of steering wheel system, plus buy all new tires.  I rejected their proposal and asked them to rotate the tires back, and then the problem was simply fixed, my car went straight perfectly. Apparently, it's highly likely that they did something suspicious to my car to worsen the alignment in order to sell "un-need" products and services to me.  But when I asked to rotate back my tires to assume the original conditions, which alignment was merely slightly lean towards right direction, they have no choices but to undo suspicious work to my car. I really dont like the way that they tried to treat customers.

Be cautious if you want to be their customer.
