In the food service industry and have done plenty of customer service. I know it's tough when the restaurant gets busy but the customers are the most important. We walked in, never even got greeted. As we were waiting for the hostess that was walking around looking super confused, a waitress grabbed a menu and called a customer to come with her like he was a dog "come on! Come on!". We finally got our food after an hour of waiting and my the whites of my eggs were still partially raw. You need to make sure all food is being cooked correctly or else you're going to make your customers really sick. I overheard one customer say "I asked her for water twice and still didn't get a refill" it's funny because that's exactly what happened to my boyfriend. When the first Moon's Cafe was downtown in their old location, I would pay them a visit every other week with my family and customer service was outstanding! Same with the food. You guys have really let yourself go. Terrible customer service. I don't know if I could say I've ever had worse.

Love this location great food great service. It really sucks that 5/28/2017 was the last day for this location. I now have to go downtown to get my moons fix.

Food was watery, tasteless and the meal was way overpriced. When I paid for our food I didn't even get the correct change back. I give it two stars because our waitress was polite

Great food, reasonable prices, good service. Love the fireplace especially on those cold mornings. Wish it were open for dinner, definitely would go more often!
