Great food,great staff, open 24 hours. Really good pies you can order by the slice or whole pie to take home. Staff so friendly they have an award they give to employees who memorize 100 or more regular customers names. They have a big plaque hanging in entranceway with the employees names. Very customer service driven

Went there once with a couple friends, took the group of employees standing by the door about 5 minutes to notice us. The waitress named Lisa grabbed our drinks and then disappeared. We waited a good 20 minutes for her to come back to take our order, she rushed us. We asked for another drink and it came with our food. Once our food came 30 minutes later, after I had watched it sit in the window for awhile. The burgers were dry and there was at most 5 fries on the plates. We finished our meals and waited another 20 minutes for her to grab our plates and clear the table. We were never brought our check and never had the chance to order any dessert. I've received the same kind of service on three seperate occasions, all at different times of day.

FRAUD going on at this location! I went in Saturdays morning had breakfast  I used my card to pay when I got home I checked my online bank and realized I was charged my bill plus another transaction so I went back to Shari's & had them print all the receipts for that day they found my transaction & the other amount I was charged was for someone else's bill an hour before I even ate their & that person had paid their bill with their card so why was Shari's collecting money twice?? Same bill 2 different people?? I've went in twice to get my money back & they keep telling me it should fall off my account well it's still there ! Just give me my money back & stop frauding fue customers!!

Food took way too long to get to the table, which says a lot because it was all fried food. Also, considering the size of the chicken strips, 4 of them and a handfull of tots were not worth over ten bucks. I have eaten at this location several times and it had failed consistently to live up to the other locations in the area.

Shari's Cafe has good food they let you order breakfast anytime of the day, they have free pie on Wednesday night order dinner and get a slice of pie free. On Friday nights they have a Prime Rib dinner, they also have a T-bone steak breakfast and a T-bone steak dinner served after 4:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
