I've been going to Sunrise since I purchased my 2008 Ford GT Mustang in late 2007. I had been pretty happy with the place for years. The last two service visits weren't as satisfying. In November, the service rep wasn't as knowledgeable about findings of wear in the front end suspension. Not a big deal really. So I let it go. In my most recent service visit there were a couple of things that were odd. First, the glove box was left dangling. I noticed that when I got into the car to drive off. So I walked back to the rep's desk and a service guy came with me to put the glove box back. Once the rep left, I got in my car again and when I went to put my vent pone holder back on I noticed that a small linkage point between the two vent fins was missing, so the vent could no longer support my phone. I returned again to my rep and my rep said the guy who worked on my car had left for the evening and to return the following Tuesday. He said it shouldn't be a big deal to fix. I returned Tuesday, but my rep was out for lunch. I couldn't stay so another rep took my number and I left. My rep called and said that it would cost $90 for the part. I pointed out that it was fine when I dropped the car off with them, but he wouldn't budge. While I understand that it may look like I'm trying to get a vent fixed for "free", but after just spending $1600.00 why would I make up something as silly as this? Considering that I've been going there for 10 years, I find it strange that Sunrise would put the customer-business relationship in jeopardy. Which is precisely what happened. I have more work that I need to have done on the car, but I'm thinking I need to look somewhere else for service.

This was my second time going to Sunrise Ford. When I found myself needing to lease another car, I immediately called Mike, who found my last car for me. He was able to find me another Fusion, just like my last, except even better. He was able to work with what I could afford to pay every month and was able to upgrade me to a Hybrid for just $50 more per month! He also does a really good job with follow-up to make sure everything is going well with my new car, after I drive off the lot. I could go to the Ford dealership in my town, 15 min from home, but I go all the way to Sunrise from Ventura county because their service can't be beat. I highly recommend Sunrise Ford. Go see Mike Faina!

Incredible dealership. The remodel looks awesome and is equipped with plenty of seating, open space and has a nice modern appearance. When you go, ask for Mike Herman. He's helped my family and I out for a number of years and most recently with my latest Mustang. They're very quick to respond and are on top of their ETA's. Will be going back for my next Mustang as well.

Don't faint, but it is possible to have an exceptional experience at a car dealership. No fakes, no hard-sell, no "car-salesman" baloney. It was more like meeting a friend for lunch, and talking about how to buy and achieve your dream vehicle. Well, I want to share our GREAT and EXCELLENT experience with Brandon Suero and the entire Sunrise Ford Lankershim North Hollywood Team. I recently bought a truck from Brandon last week and he and his team have raised the bar with respect to the truck buying experience. Sorry other dealers! From the beginning to end, Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He took care of everything and we all know that there are often little quirks with buying your dream truck and Brandon knows that better than anybody to ease your worries, save every penny you could and of course achieving that dream vehicle. If we did have any follow up after the sale he took care of it and offered more than I’m sure you cannot see, feel or experience with any other dealer. Overall, I am a very, highly, super (yes! multiple superlatives) customer of Sunrise Ford Lankershim North Hollywood! It was not customer satisfaction but Customer Delight :)
