Bought a pair of nice boots from these awesome people moved to Michigan and my boots had a few threads that popped and were defective. I contacted the company in my area to see if the could be exchanged because I expected more out of the high end pair of boots. The company in my area said with a receipt they would exchange them but I lost the receipt. I contacted sunset country western wear to see if they could get me a receipt and they said yes what’s my date of purchase, and did I pay with cash or debit ? In which I gave her the date I thought I had purchased them that was a month off from the actual date of purchase. And I always pay cash but paid with a card this purchase and told her I paid with cash which basically made looking up this receipt impossible. They went above and beyond the call of duty took her about an hour to find the receipt from 7 months ago for a customer who moved out of state. She patiently troubleshot the lack of accurate information I gave her. They came through for me and were nice and awesome in the process ! I’m a happy contractor I got my boots exchanged and will wait until my next vacation from Michigan to south Florida to purchase my next pair of boots from them. God bless good business !

- 40 years ago, this place was near where I lived. Then they closed. I happened to see the place more than 20 miles from my house. I went in and asked if was once located near the University of Miami on U.S. 1. They said yes. Cool place. Lots of western wear, hats, pet supplies and bags of feed.

Great place to go if you're in need of feed or western wear. Also carry products for grooming and  flea/tick prevention at competitive prices.

The staff love to help people and the quality of dog food is above the rest of suppliers. Juan has good knowledge of dog food and he goes out of his way to explain and help...Im sold by their customer service and happy environment....
