Terrible!!! 3 years of non-stop issues, no one accepting responsibility, being overcharged, poor work, wrong granite, granite with holes in it, and flat out lies. Every time someone says they are going to take care of things and make it right, it doesn't happen. So not only have we had to deal with the death of a loved one, we constantly have to battle to get things done the right way. If you have any alternative to this place, please take it! This has been and continues to be an absolute nightmare. Management has been contacted multiple times both in the office and regionally. Lots of lip service, but no help what so ever. Frankly giving this business 1 star is WAY more than they deserve.

My husband recently passed. My recent experience with the staff was so upsetting..lack of empathy, promised made and not kept, memorial maker  was paid for in 2011 yet was told they "forgot" to order it. They refused to place a temporary maker on my husband's grave and I was told it would be 3 to 6 months before marker would be placed. The grave is not seeded or covered with straw at this point and I am just so saddened and discouraged. This was the best cemetery years ago, but not any longer.

This is the worst cemetery around.  6 of my family members are there. They have zero empathy for anyone.  Their unprofessionalism is appalling.  The owners should truly be ashamed of themselves.  They take advantage of others who are grieving.  Save yourself a lot of time and heartache; take your family somewhere they can be buried with dignity.
