Businesses everywhere could take a lesson from Mike on how to treat customers/clients. Unless I die or move so far away it becomes problematic, this will always be my bank!

5 stars just isn't enough. I forgot to make my credit card payment this month. Got the notice in the mail, just called the bank a few minutes ago. I had to double-check after I got off the phone but sure enough from the time I hit dial to the time I hung up Mike took care of my payment in 31 seconds! In a half a minute my oops had been erased. It's almost unreal the superior level of customer service this place provides!
