Great bank and unbeatable in entire country HELOC deals! Thank you Shawn, for detailed explanation how stuff works! The only thing I still dont understand is why online transfer of CLEARED AVAILABLE FUNDS from Checking to Savings or Checking to HELOC within the same US Bank takes 1-2 busienss days ??? Come on, this is 21st century!  :(

After 2 yrs going here,the Branch Manager who is in her office 7 days week has turned into a rude and unfriendly person,customer service 1 star. So Sad.. Shame on you
