Kevin and John are the most unprofessional people I've had the misfortune to do business with in a very long time. My father passed in June, it took a week and a half to send the proper paperwork for my Uncle to handle my father's affairs since I live out of state. Since it took them so long to send the proper paperwork I was unable to attend any service or be with my family because I didn't have vacation to take, my company offers bereavement, however it has to be taken within 7 days of a family member passing.  Then add insult to injury, I paid the company to have a copy of the death certificate which I still have not received and this is now going on October. After a few months had gone by, I contacted John who said he would have it sent out immediately, I did get a "working copy" which is of no use since it doesn't have a file number. Once I received that copy I again called John and again said it would be in the mail. Still nothing has come. So then just a few weeks ago I contacted the owner and founder Kevin, at first he seemed to want to help me, but boy was I wrong. He absolutely refused to honor the business transaction and told me to contact my family to have them pay to get me a copy. I said that was unacceptable and we should not have to pay for something twice. He said what are you gonna do? Sue me over 20 bucks. Nice way to treat a person that has entrusted you. Finally he agreed to reimburse my money. Still have not seen anything.

They impressed me for how very caring and helpful they are, they take  care  the  everything to make your loss less painful. 
Extremily professional and reliable. 
The fees are the most  reasonable in the area. 
I highly recommend them.

Our family had an excellent experience at Sunset Valley Funeral Home. My mom has not been in the best of health, and Alfonso helped us pre-plan in the event of an emergency. He was very professional and caring as he guided us through the process. Also my mom speaks very little English as Spanish is her primary language. Alfonso and staff are bilingual, which is a definite plus. If you need to make funeral arrangements, I would say look no further and call Sunset Valley Funeral Home ASAP.
