I went here on a sunday afternoon 06/04/2017 got the 15.99 wash ask about how to take water marks on my passenger side chrome rims asked hector he said $10.00 more we clean all your rims they tarnished my rims with whatever degreaser or chemical they used that damage my rims they flat out denied it. refuse my refund so they stole my 25.99 hector played a role as a manager never go to this car wash! Picture i post 1 out of the 3 damage!

We got here at about 8:20 am (the business opens at 8:00 am) and at 8:30 a second customer comes in. By this time you'd figure they'd be done at least with the vacuuming part but no.. So 8:45 rolls around and I'm still waiting to see my car roll out of the wash tunnel and lo' and behold... The second customers car comes out first! Turns out that none of the actual workers were even here yet when they're supposed to be here at 8:00 am! Or before that! To get everything ready for the day! 

Anyways, shame on me for coming back here.. My next review will be about the results of the job they did! (I know won't be any better) Oh and just to let you know, as I'm typing this, another customer came in and since there's no one here to help, the car is just sitting there in the vacuum area waiting to be attended to..

Horrible service. Paid $20 without vacuum. Someone hit my brand new car. I just got $200 dollars for the reimbursement. It's not enough to fix my car.

Horrible, specifically asked them to wipe down my seats and nothing. Got in my car and noticed the windows were still a little dirty but I didn't mind I could do them later, however after getting home I noticed a HUGE scratch on my drive side fender that was never there and it was still pretty dirty (had oil smudges from working on the car and they didn't clean it off) and they claim they couldn't have scratched it cause they only wash the cars by hand. Never am I going back and I hope nobody has to deal with these people again

I understand everyone has a different experience. Sadly ours was not the best. Our family owns 2 cars, I usually take mine to NuWay Hand Car Wash in Monrovia. I have never had a problem there since I remember. They always do a good job. With the 2nd car, mom's. She decided to go here. Despite my efforts to have her go to Monrovia. We left the car here, upon our return we were happy with the way the car looked. Well cleaned, tires nice. The inside looked good, it was until we sat inside the car that noticed that the dashboard was extremely greasy. Nasty! Instead of being shinny and nice...it was so greasy things were sticking on to the dash. The scent they put on the vehicle smelled like dirty rags. There were parts inside the car (near radio, vents, window buttons) that were dirty and not cleaned well. 

As we are driving off the lot, a screw from their lot...gets stuck on our tire. We had to take the vehicle to get the tire fix. Figured they did a crappy job, we will never go there again.

However it was until my mom noticed her Ray-Ban sunglasses were STOLEN! She tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and searched the car but nothing came up.
My mom had those sun glasses in her car all the time, strictly for driving. Nice to know you cant even have a pair of designer glasses in the car when coming here. I hope the guy that stole an old pair of sunglasses used the money wisely. I understand times are tough....but how does this place expect to gain business if every time a customer goes in, they will come out missing something from their vehicle.

I honestly recommend staying away from here. There's not many hand car washes around the area but this is one place to STAY AWAY FROM. Its not worth coming here.

Whats the point of saying "under new management" if the same crappy employees are there. You can change the management as much as you can, but if you keep getting the same employees over and over again...if makes no difference.
