I am very happy with Longo Lexus!!!! The process of buying a car was super easy. I had been to 2 other Lexus dealerships and they were a nightmare (long negotiation 3 hrs,over the top prices, clearly wanted to take advantage of me) I processed everything over the phone and they delivered my new car to my office. Signed all paperwork and made it super easy. I love the service department too they are super helpful and the lounge offers a variety of snacks. Will buy my next car with them!!!!!

This is my 3rd Lexus with Longo. Besides the fact that Lexus makes beautiful, safe cars, Victor Reyes always makes my buying experience quick and painless. Buying a car is not always a fun experience. It can be stressful in a sense that you want the perfect car and at the price that works for your personal budget. Victor always works with me to give me everything I want as well as the best price he possibly can. He treats me like family and is very patient with all my questions and concerns. He is the main reason I continue to return to Longo Lexus. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or leasing a Lexus.

This must be the quick and easiest large purchase I made.  I only had to visit the dealership twice and each time was about an hour.  First day, I came in to look at the new cars available and test drive.  The second day, i came in to sign the paperwork and drive off with my new car.  I think it could have been done in one day if the car i wanted was available.  I wanted a blue exterior with black interior premium package, wasn't available at Longo.  Anthony Nguyen was very professional and helpful.  He contacted me right away when the car was available.  He offered me some discounts and the final price was within my expectations.  I didn't need to negotiate or speak with manager and go back and forth.  I recall my other 3 car purchase required alot of negotiating and meeting with managers.  I give Anthony and Longo Lexus a 10 star rating if possible.  I am definitely referring you guys to my family and friends.

Service was very busy, but they got to me in reasonable time. Lounge area is large and very comfortable. Service advisor was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Overall, really good experience.

Very nice team! Service is fast. Parts people knows what they're doing. Sellers...mmmm... they do what they get pay for.
