Been to several Bikram Yoga facilities, and Sam, the owner, might be the best instructor in South Florida. You won't see a lot people with huge water battles or towels to wipe sweat here. Sam encourages you to get hydrated before and after, but during the session to simply focus on asanas. Sam will definitely encourage you not to slack off, but is also very good at monitoring posture and making sure your doing it the right way. The facility is nice and currently under expansion. Bonus points for being able to hose off on the back patio by the canal, more invigorating than a shower (showers are also available).

Bikram Yoga by the falls is the best. Great atmosphere with dedicated instructors that make sure to remember your name. Highly recommend for beginners and people who have been doing it for a long time.

Sunshine yoga has changed my life. I've been practicing for five years and don't plan on stopping ever! The staff is great, very knowledgeable and caring.

I was hesitant at first thinking I wouldn't be able to do the yoga poses but this center is not all about that. It is a place for every one where age and body shape are not what matters the most but to try you own limits. I had the pleasure of taking class with Eric, who made me feel so welcomed from day one, he is wonderful; and Sam who makes sure to let know every single student that he is paying attention to you by learning your name from the moment you enter the center and correcting your pose when needed. Friendly environment, great studio for every one!
