Sunshine has sadly gone from a caring, organized, and reputably local sense of business, and under its new and not local ownership, has gone down hill fast. We have used them for the past 12 years and are now looking to find a better outfit. Their organization has been horrible. Their desk help has taken on a very militant, condescending and defensive approach. And their new aim is quantity above quality. Example...they just pushed my clients fix date out one month to merely come and relight his pilot on his main heT source.....sad days....very trump like behavior.

Propane price is always a bit higher than elsewhere in town, and the front desk ladies are a bit rude. Drivers are pretty cool tho.

Customer service is non-existent. When we built our house, they installed a propane fireplace for us. Now they won't service it because we don't buy their overpriced propane.

They say they will work with you but they don't! They come out and fill your tank without telling you when it will happen even though I have asked to be contacted before they come out. They never do. Then they want their payment in 10 days (not the normal 30 days). When you call to ask them about this they say they are willing to work something out so I ask if I can pay after my next paycheck which was only 16 days from when I called and they said that was fine. Then they went and deducted out the cost of the bill from my checking account without asking even though we had come to an arrangement. I incurred overdraft fees because of their inconsideration and dishonesty. Don't trust anything they say on the phone. They are not willing to work with you and they are horrible when it comes to addressing their customers concerns. Would get rid of them if that was possible but I am stuck with having to give them hundreds of dollars against my will.
