DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! I purchased a home that Olympic Steel was hired to do the repairs on. They did not complete the most of the work. They did not remove peeling paint before horribly repainting the garage. Even though they were paid to do so. Doesn't even look like it was repainted at all. Replaced deck without getting required permits or inspection. 
I spoke with the county and the deck doesn't even come close to meeting county code. They covered the kitchen cabinets and doors with overspray  when they painted the interior. They didn't repair water damage even though they were paid to do so. I set up an appointment to meet with them to go over all the problems they didn't show up. Instead I got a phone call 30 min late telling me they were not coming. Claiming that they would only replace the interior lumber that they used outside on deck railing. Which even if they did that it would still not meet code... Saying they would do that just to be nice and they don't need to build to code if the appraiser didn't catch them and refusing to fix the rest of their horrible work. I tried to explain that the appraiser and county inspector are not the same thing. By far the worst contractor in jefferson county!
