great location with friendly staff always willing to help.  I was part of a business group that met here regularly and they were always good partners to our weekly visits.

I went to the drive through cash machine and the machine wanted to charge me  3$ to withdraw money from my checking account. When I called to complain, the lady was very nice and looked up the transaction. She asked in a nice way if I could have put in the wrong card. Well I got a email from American Express saying I tried to get cash. OOPs  The people at Hancock Bank have always been very nice.
