Just used the drive through and the male teller did not say a single word! No "hello". No "thank you for your business." No "pound sand". Not a word. The service here is usually pathetic but today had a cherry on top!

African-American guy that answered my call was so exasperated by my question that he breathed so loud into the phone, I could almost smell his lunch. If my issue is not resolved I will go into the branch and formally report that guy. Unprofessional and rude.

We have had accounts at this branch for 6 years now. And the staff is and has always been fantastic!!  Denise is an awesome manager. She always follows up when she says she will. All in all we love it here. It truly is our home branch!

I’ve been going to this bank for a long time. The people inside are so friendly and really treat you like family. I recently needed help with my PPP loan and these people really went above and beyond to help me. I’ve also been banking with SunTrust for 20 years and I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am to the staff.

One star since I can’t use the ATM since they took it out weeks ago. This is literally insane.. they move down the street and now no ATM. I have to drive to other locations.

Hate this bank!!!! Since they changed to TRUIST, it is a mess. Staff very unprofessional and just nasty!!! Will never go to this branch again and am considering changing banks altogether as I have had multiple issues every time I go there.

Friendly Staff..They make you feel comfortable no matter what type of business you have to conduct.

Nothing but problems since the merger. Do not use them.
