Employees are nice but I had to wait for 15 minutes behind two business customers. No other employees would help. Bring a book and do not expect good service.

Waited almost 2 hours to see the only banker working. No apologies, was not told a wait time, or that appointments would be better than walking in. Will not be using this branch again.

Each time I visit I am impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I feel like this is my neighborhood bank, not merely an outlet of a large corporation. Though the manager has changed frequently in recent years, I have found every one of them helpful and competent.
