I spoke with Sylvia at the Temple Terrace branch, and she by thus far has got to be the most disrespectful, rude, and beyond unpleasant person I've encountered. My husband ALWAYS despise going to this branch, due to their customer care! Wow, I experienced THE NEGATIVE VIBES via phone, I can now only imagine the most uncomfortable, unpleasant, nasty attitudes he's received via person! This is the most disrespectful branch ever. They out beat University Branch by 20 stars for rudeness, unprofessionalism, and very unfriendliness! They speak to you as if "THEY ARE PAYING YOU FOR TRUSTING TO BANK WITH THEM"!

I opened an account on rhe 12th of july and 3 days later they closed my account for no reason. I made my deposit and transfered money and they closed my account. No notice or anything.

It's very sad and maybe just my luck but it seems that the ATM is often out of order.
