I have had nothing but courteous, professional service at this branch. The manager and staff are great. I never go on Wednesday or Friday. Same as you don't go to a restaurant that has good food on Saturday afternoon at 5pm. A little common sense goes a long way.

The people are friendly and the atmosphere is really nice ..they help you a quickly as they can ,and the vibe of the overall place is wonderful ..not like some other well fargo that I have been to...

The time you have to wait to be serviced is RIDICULOUS!  The sad part is that it doesn't matter whether you go inside the branch or the drive-thru.  I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:55 am and it is now 9:23am.  There is a car in front of me that is just sitting and has been at the teller since I pulled in directly behind it.

Wells Fargo you guys have got to do BETTER.  Who is interested in a bank that you spend over 30 minutes in line just to make a deposit or withdraw funds?

I hate bank branches in general. I went here recently to deposit to my landlord. The place was not too busy and they had about 4 tellers on duty. There was only one person in line ahead of me. One of the tellers actually stopped what he was doing in order to take care of me. Had an over all good experience.

Unbearable wait times.  Looks like along with all the phantom accounts they open in customers names, they also hire ghosts!  Having only three people working on a Friday is unacceptable!
