If you value your money, customer service and respect don't bank here.
An African African teller didn't acknowledge my presence on two separate occasions. I stood 2 ft. from her window. 

After standing for what seemed an eternity she said hello without a smile. I went to the other window. A nice hispanic woman helped me out and I was gone. 

I feel this bank needs a new manager and customer training.  
So I'm closing my account to find a bank that values my business and acts like professionals.

The worst customer service I have every received. Special thanks to manager, who played a part in freezing a large sum of money (totaling to $50k over the two occasions) for a period of time due to her incompetence and tried to bully my elderly mother.  Absolutely disgusted by you, you shouldn't work in a place that requires customer service skills none the less have a leadership position.
