I have been with Walker Poole for almost 40 years.  My parents have been with Walker Poole for even longer.  We have always been treated like family and feel like they care for us!  In 2005 my daughter was in a horrific car accident.  Walker Poole Ins. not only made the process of claims easy but sent us a card with thoughts and prayers signed by all on staff.  It meant so much to us!

I am been a customer of Walker-Poole Insurance for 12 years.  I recommend them to everyone.  They are friendly and efficient.  I have never had a bad experience. Great company.  I wouldn't think of leaving!  Thank you Walker-Poole.

Mrs. Vinson is  helpful  and dedicated employee. This is a fantastic insurance company to use for auto. She save me so much and I'm pleased with how easy the entire process went. Thank you! :-)

Agency principal is not friendly or helpful.  Have had Erie for many years but had policies with 2 different agencies and wanted to consolidate them at 1 agency with an agent that I know, trust and am friends with.  The Agency principal would not even talk to the other agency and basically would not allow my policy to be written with her agency.  Will be getting insurance from anywhere by Erie now.
