Where to start? First, the female receptionist was combative and rude. The staff neglected to inform about the one perk(free continental breakfast) so I drove for so long to find breakfast that it was missed and got lunch instead. Anyway, although there is cable there are no available movie channels. There was no bulb in my bedside light and the bathrooms are extremely small. Also, the coffee maker and supplies are in the bathroom. No more than 2 1/2 feet from the toilet! I would NOT recommend this hotel. It was not a comfortable stay. I must say that the night crew was more helpful.

I quite enjoyed this place. Upon entering you're taken aback by how clean it smells. My friend commented that perhaps it was just the lobby that smelled like that but when we opened the door to our room the clean smell wafted towards us again. But it was more than just the smell...it wasn't just the smell of clean, it was sentiment you got that it WAS clean. It smelled free of dust, pollen, smoke. It was wonderful.

I looked this place up online and the price was $46 so I called to book it, a very thick accented Indian man told me $85 plus tax. I told him the website had it priced at $46, he says oh I'll look into that, then tells me he'll go down to $50 if I book now. He tried to scam me out of $34. I think this is a good place to stay away from.

Nice hotel for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

So it's outdated.  But seriously the room got cold fast and the bed was super comfortable.  Looks like They are remodeling (Sept 2017) the front desk guy was super nice.  Asked for a late check out because we got in at midnight and he we accommodating.  Would stay here if ever in Gainesville again.
