Heather was simply amazing. The best customer service you could ever get. My uncle came to her for several things cuz he's very picky and she was a huge help and had a great room. She was such a sweetheart and worked so hard throughout the night as I came down to ask her for an extra towel. 10 star customer service for sure. Hope the manager reads this you are so very lucky to have her.

The room was easy to get to and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt. The site felt safe and was well lit.

Hotel is just "ok." Looks as if someone tried to renovate the rooms but was done pretty poorly. The AC in our room sounded like a diesel engine but worked well. We paid about $75 dollars but that is way over priced in my opinion. Staff was friendly though. If you are in a pinch, it's a bed and a roof. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff and free breakfast.  We stayed door one night and we're satisfied with the price and the service.

I stopped at the hotel because it was so close to the highway. I had pulled off in the first place due to a cut on my thumb that needed some medical attention. When I asked the front desk person if they had a first aid kit or sterilizing wipe off some kind they said they didn't which seemed strange - if not illegal. I decided not to press the issue and left. To be fair, there was only one person on staff that I saw and she was busy with breakfast cleanup.
