Probably the best total casino experience in Tulsa. Their player rewards are better than Osage (for now) and a lot better than river spirit. They try to accommodate smokers and non-smokers, but in doing so they screw up both. The non-smoking area is in the middle of the casino, and the only direct entrance is the least convenient of the facility.  All of the more popular entrances, including the valet, make you walk through the smoking sections to get to non-smoking.  Once there, they have probably the best non-smoking section of any area casino.  Then on the hotel side, they do not offer ANY smoking rooms, nor do they have any designated smoking areas on each floor. Smokers must leave their room, go downstairs and go to a smoking section of the gaming floor. The air handlers in the smoking sections do not work very well, either (the one thing River Spirit is best at). Overall, though, I find the overall experience best in Tulsa.

Very nice property, the Joint is a great music location. Several good restaurant options and a big buffet. Check in was fast and easy. We had a room package that included concert tickets, which was a great deal. Casino does have a few non-smoking areas but the main casino is smoky as you'd expect. The suites tower is convenient to pretty much everything on property. Great place to stay when needing to be east of Tulsa.

Beautiful rooms.  Most of the employees very nice and helpful. Especially employees cleaning casino. Main complaint player perks not nearly as good as some other casinos. Hadn't been to river spirit in quite a while and nothing compared to hard rock. Received gift in mail 2 free rooms January and February 2 free buffets weekly in January and 100 free play weekly in January.  Never received anything close to that at Hard Rock even though been going there since it opened.

Stayed in a suite. 

Toilet ran all night. 

Air conditioning limited to 68 degrees. Thermostat must have been off, cause I was sweating all night. 

There were two types of pillows. One was 2'x2', 10" tall, and made of rock. The other 1.5'x1', and very soft but it took all four of them in the suit to do the job, assisted by the concrete pillows to hold them in place. 

when I talked about the pillows they told me best to talk to houskeeping. Housekeeping let themselves into my room when I had a please do not disturb sign. They threw a fan in there and said nothing. 

I could not be more underwhelmed. Front desk staff was nice, but not the probably manager. 

Seems like a complete disconnect between all parts of the hotel. 

I don't usually write rotten reviews, but i feel there's a lot to work on for what we paid.

We had our Wedding reception here. 

Absolutely wonderful!!!!!! I could not have asked for a better vendor for my reception. I could of had my wedding here as well but chose a small chapel instead. The price, expensive. However, they are willing to negotiate. I also put all the numbers on a spreadsheet to compare prices of other places. After everything is added together they come out the same as if you were to rent everything from an outdoor vendor and catering then pay for set up and tear down. The wonderful thing about the Hard Rock is they do everything for you. They take care of set up and tear down, catering, tasting, service staff, they have a bar and bar staff available. I Had my reception in the Sky Room. I highly recommend this room. The room is gorgeous, their other conference rooms are pretty but I prefer the sky room. Jessie Brandt was the wedding coordinator. She was fantastic to work with. She answers emails, texts, and phone calls within a 24 hour period or 72 hour period on the weekends. She may answer right away. She always has an answer or she knows who to ask to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They work with you and have great customer service. Seriously the BEST. You won't regret your decision. Oh, and they give you a room on your wedding night. A few things I had done that they worked around. I live in a different state and they were willing to work around my schedule so I could meet with them when I was in town. They provided transportation to and from the wedding for a reasonable fee. They were always professional. I also held the wedding shower at the Hard Rock and they were great then too. Some of the food I had special requests and they were willing to accommodate, no problem or up-charge. We also catered at the Hard Rock, Wedding Cake, Dinner, and Grooms cake. Everything was fantastic, the cake was beautiful, the food was hot and delicious, and the chef and baker are professional with a great work ethic, and amazing product.
