Order a stereo, was NOT what it was explained, sales person Sal, stated he was going to call when chip for stereo to work properly. Waited almost two weeks, never called me to at least give me up date. Every time I called NO answered. Yesterday I called like 10 times NO answered, walked into the store there is 5 employees at front counter chatting. I let Sal know I been calling just now several times just now, his answer was our phones are NOT working, is NOT my fault I don't work for the phone company. Also NOT my fault stereo chip never came in. (who has a business with NO working phones??) what bothered me was that instead of apologizing all he did was finding excuses after excuse instead of taken care of problem and apologizing at least. I wanted to eventually put a rear view camera, TVS and speakers, other electronic stuff but NEVER EVER AGAIN will go to that business. Finally I got something similar and replaced. At the end didn't even get eye contact or an apology from any body in the shop. NEVER EVER recommend anybody.

overall favorite place to get my audio needs. Sal and Jose are super.
