Great first experience at Supercuts!! I walked out of there feeling great!  Friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend Dana (I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered)!! Will be going back once my hair gets long again!

So glad I found this place!  Stacey is the best!  She definitely has a love for hair and she takes great care of her clients.  I'm not the best at describing what I want, but she was able to piece it together off of my vague descriptions and a Pinterest photo lol. I had to hug her when I got out of the chair.  I love the how she layered my hair, and my new color (Espresso) is so shiny!  I can't stop touching my hair it's so soft.

 I felt so relaxed and happy when I left and even my fiancé exclaimed "Hey gorgeous!!" when he picked me up.
High end results without any of the pretentiousness and price!  Color, cut, wash, style, AND 3 bottles of products for just at $100??  Perfect.

I have received the best haircuts since I first went in to south Medford Supercuts over a year ago. My hair is difficult to say the least. It's wavy and coarse, I have cowlicks all over the place and I like my hair on the long side for a guy. But I want it to look as best it can while I still have it, I am 52. The person who gave me all of these great haircuts is Stacey. She has an intuitive ability when it comes to haircuts. I saw her cut other people's hair before me, from really short high and tight to really long and layered, and she aced it every time. She is now the manager of five stores, so I might have a hard time finding her there, but she's worth it. Thank you Supercuts.

Not a very positive customer experience. I gave up on giving feedback to my stylist 25% of the way through my cut as she seemed rushed, tired, and ready to go home. My hair came out uneven, sideburns completely out of line, and I had to fix a bunch of things using my own haircutting kit at home.
