Rude ass customer service. Very poor will not shop here again telling everyone. The worst service. Rude do not care. Want to talk to management very poor and rude. Can't even get damn help you deserve no stars, so many people that work there, but can't find anyone to help. They are useless I'll stay with sephora

Im honestly super disappointed. I drove all the way from Cave Junction (1 1/2 hours) to grab some Christmas gifts. When i got to the counter i asked the lady helping me if she could check if they had an item in stock in the back because there was no more on the shelves. She said, "I don't think we have those anymore". So i asked if she can double check since she wasn't 100% sure and she said "I'm here all the time and I haven't seen the product". So when I left, I sat in my car and called to see if they had the item in stock and they totally did!!! I'm so pissed. Not only did i drive an hour and a half, but customer service was rude about it and I didn't get the item that I orginally came for that they had in stock the entire time. I understand that it's Xmas time and it's busy but maybe you guys should hire people on hand JUST to make runs to the stock room to see if items are in stock since that seems to be such a big thing and the Ulta employees don't want to help at all. Complete waste of time.

I walk into ulta. As I always do. Excited about new products that the store has to offer. The only employees in the store are white. Which I have no problem with.. no one should. As I walk around just simply looking, I immediately have three employees follow me around the store. Whispering. I heard one whisper "watch her, she looks suspicious." There were a few others shopping,  but they were all white as well.. when I confronted them on how I felt uncomfortable, they completely made up a story and denied....moral of the story is, don't judge a book by the cover. Not only is it disrespectful, but petty and childish. Medford Oregon Ulta= Never again.

Absolutely love this place!!
I would suggest to have more workers on the floor to help costumers at times I've had to wait 5 or more minutes for help but when I receive the help they are amazing. Always know exactly what I'm looking for and the are always in a positive attitude:)
