I only gave it one star bc that's the least you can do. I called ahead and asked if i needed to make an appointment and they said no because it was slow. So when I walk in they have three other people and I'm waiting over an hour. My hair reaches below my butt and when I told them I only wanted to trim it to cut the split ends off the gentleman laughed and said i need a real hair cut.
Watch out for hairstylist David who touches inappropriately. 
He asked me multiple times if "this" is where i wanted my hair to land and since my hair is so long he tapped my butt a few times. He stood me up multiple times throughout the cut to tap my butt again when i had already confirmed. When he was "checking to see if the front ends were even" he completely ran the back of his hands through my breasts. He was attempting to be "friendly" but kept asking me when I have free time and hitting on me. 
He gave me LAYERS. I asked him to cut off the split ends off some grown out bangs I had cut myself previously and this man went and gave my entire front LAYERS. I never asked for this! 
When I asked him why split ends occur he didn't even know and said that it was too long since he was in a classroom.
Totally unprofessional and not even good at what he does. Has absolutely no idea what he is doing.
By the end of the session he asked for my number.

I emailed corporate and all they said was that they were going to talk to him and that I could go back in so they could fix my hair for no charge.
First of all OF COURSE no charge considering i spent $25 on a bad cut. And secondly how are you going to fix something that i said was too short??? How do you undo a cut and undo layers? Didn't even get reimbursed.
This is unacceptable and by far the worst experience as a customer that I have ever had.

I must say today when I gave this location a try I didn't know what to expect. I must say that the reviews do not do this location justice, the staff were friendly and professional.

The stylist..Erika..was lovely. However.. I asked (@the shampoo bowl ) for a " crunch" style blowdry. I was not facing the mirror so I had no idea what she was doing. When I turned around I expressed my dismay.. she told me I was the only curly haired person that wanted her hair curly..everyone else wants it straight. I told her I don't I like straight hair. I left very unhappy. For an extra $35.00 over the cut..i would have gone out with it wet. I even asked her how much the blowdry was and she said she'd look it up.Really...you work somewhere and don't know the rate ? Honestly..if I had liked the job I would have gladly paid it. But I don't..its in a ponytail right now....very unhappy !!!!!
