Love this place. Amanda the stylist talked me out of processing my hair! She took me over to the products and picked out a kit. Who does that? Really she saved me $70 and well burnt hair. So I the next week I got a blow out and gave her a big tip! All you their employees love working there and it shows.

Very nice store and a large selection of makeup. The staff was friendly, for the most part. They seemed a bit tense, but maybe it was just a rough day, as they were not rude.

Brooke is great! I've been going to her for a couple months now and her color and cut are both very good. Her prices are fair and she's very nice.

I will NEVER return to this store due to 1 of the employees. I was walking around & a ulta employee (older- like 50's or 60's, hispanic with short hair) stopped me to tell me my hair looked "awful" and "frizzy & dry" & she then tried to sell me shampoo & conditioner (ironicially it's the one i currently use). when I told her i already used it she then proceeded to tell me i must be using it wrong b/c of how "dry and frizzy" my hair was.she spoke down to me like she was scolding me & It was HUMILIATING. there were other customers around and it was just so embarrassing. One customer stopped me as I was leaving & told me the lady had tried the same thing with her. It's one thing to reccommend a product- its another to INSULT and embarrass someone to try to get them to buy something.  This was my favorite ulta and now I am too embarrassed to go back!

Had a great haircut there and it was my 1st try. Waxing with Sandra is always great too. The employees are always nice and helpful. Plenty of parking with Marshalls and TJ Maxx next door. What else can I ask for? 👍
