great shop! tried and true. friendly stylists and barbers in a no-nonsense, relaxing environment. they can give your locks whatever they need. :) go here if you want a great cut or color!

The staff here is top notch. I generally wouldn't recommend a big chain like this, but I have never left disappointed. There are several stylists at this location that would be better suited to a high end salon, but it's lucky for everyone who visits that they work here where the price point is generally lower. This is best illustrated by the fact that several of them have customers that will wait for a specific stylist. Nearly every time I visit (about every 2 weeks), there are people waiting for their favorite employee. Sometimes they even show up and leave without having their hair done if their stylist of choice isn't there; something you don't often see at a Supercuts that speaks to their great customer relationships. I have had everything from cuts to color to various styles done here. I find it important to note that I am a Black woman who has not chemically straightened her hair for over 20 years. I am generally an exclusive patron of Sharon, but have had the occasional other person do my hair when she is out of town. Again, I've never left dissatisfied. I'm very particular & even many high end places don't know how to manage natural Black hair in addition to everything else they do, so that speaks volumes. With the care I've received here, I've successfully doubled my hair length. And even though I have my hair color treated here (I always get compliments, btw!), my hair has never been healthier. They use high end products and it shows. On another note, I'd implore you to visit yourself rather than listen to the one negative review. Especially since this person clearly stated that the available stylist did not think that 45 minutes was a good amount of time for her husband's haircut. Perhaps she would have had better results if she had listened to the man's professional opinion. I know other chains rush their guests through to maximize profit, but this place does not. I don't know about you, but I'd rather go where someone gives my "crowning glory" the full attention it needs. Maybe she'd do better with a bowl over his head in a kitchen or a flow-bee (or whatever that thing was called). Though, I'm sure I don't really know...

I've had two or three haircuts here now. I have never had a bad experience. I have also never seen them very busy either.
