Terrible service! One lady working and 4 people in line. I ask about a list to be on dor the wait but was refused. The lady wss telling everyone who walked in that the wait sas too long. This is a business?

HORRIBLE!, I waited for 1 hour to eventually have this lady who asked me what I wanted, I said to her a faux-hawk, 4 on the side and blended from the ears up, SHE GAVE ME A MOHAWK!!!!, like I'm in a Punk band, HORRIBLE, she did it fast too with the trimmer, since by the time I saw what she was doing it was too late, She didn't speak the language well, so I can "Cut" her some slack, but I have a Job interview this week and my hair doesn't look the par I'm applying for, Worst haircut ever ever in my life, DO NO GO THERE, ASK FOR THE GUY THAT WORKS THERE INSTEAD HE IS BETTER. this really sucks. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

Anna did a great job cutting my hair, and has never failed my husband. A couple other people working there have not done the best job.. if you are going there it is worth the wait to get Anna. She listens to what you want and always does a good haircut. If she's not available, don't trust anyone else..

I have been going to this location for about a year. The last time I went to this location the job was not very good. When I went back I had asked for someone else but didn't have time to wait for that individual to become available. I made the mistake of letting the girl who cut my hair previously do it again. When I told her what was the matter she decided she was going to argue me and tell me I was wrong. No one else there had a problem cutting my hair the way I liked it. She did. Even though I told her that she was not cutting my hair the way I wanted she was going to demand she was right. I got up and walked out and I will never go back there again.
