I will never again set foot at Supercuts again! Marta was unprofessional and untrained to cut hair. She cut half of the back hair and did not even out the other half! I was devastated with my haircut. She was rude and wanted me out the door quickly. I’ve been going often to Supercuts, but not anymore after this totally bad experience ..

OMG!!! If I could leave a negative star, I would! Beware of the so-called "stylist" Marta...she absolutely butchered my long straight hair. I simply asked for a round trim of 4" off the bottom with long layers. Instead, I got the most jagged, crooked uneven mess. There's not an even edge anywhere! I didn't realise what a shoddy job she did until I got home and blow-dried my own hair since you leave the place with wet hair like a drowned rat. It's like she cut my hair blindfolded with her opposite hand. I walked in again today and demanded my money plus tip back, and another useless and rude blonde gal said she was "new" so she had no clue how to issue a refund via the register! Did any of theses people ever go to Beauty School to get trained? How can such incompetent people be allowed to cut/colour hair? My 8 year old niece could've cut a straighter line with a blunt pair of scissors! I've put in a dispute with my Visa card and the Salon Mgr will be getting a call from me.

If I could give them 0 star, I will. I walked in asking a bang trim for my daughter and the stylist was so RUDE and approached us so aggressively that we left without even sitting on the chair. When I told her that she was being rude she told me that's the way she was... unbelievable! Go everywhere else, but not here!!
