Came in twice and no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I exist. The first time I just thought they were busy so I decided to come back, but then same thing happened so I just walked out. I don’t know how good their service is but if you can’t even say hello when I come in there’s something wrong.

Some associates do horrible hair design while some are doing very nice. Be careful choosing the associate

Came to get haircut after giving desk clerk my first last name adress number( blood type) i was seated and showed the girl the haircut i wanted.. as she began i could tell right from get go that she hasnt been doing this long and i should of went with my gut and asked for another stylist but I didnt .. she is cutting my hair and talking alot and did not appear to be paying attention to what shw was doing to my hair .. she shaved one whole side of my head and the other side was not even close to haircut i asked for .. i won't be returning to this location .. iv had too many bad experiences here.

Very worst experience went for layer cut but that was horrible. The lady who did does not know what layer cut and how to do it.. lost my long hair after my visit and now could not go outside with free hair or ponytail as nothing is good with horrible hair cut
