Arrived on a Sunday at 5:36. Seeking a men's cut. Three stylists in the store. I didn't have an appointment. Was told others were in front of me and they close at 6pm. No other customers in the store at the time so I waited until 6 pm no others came.

I picked this place cause I was in a pinch after scheduling an appointment with another haircut place, and turned out I would be waiting longer then expected even with an appointment. So I came here. They were nice but the woman that cut my daughter's hair didn't really do a great job. I could have done it for free and I'm not a hair person. So just imagine how it looked from a professional. Then I got my haircut. I told the woman what I wanted but she must have been new to cutting hair because she didn't come close to what I wanted. She was too shy and was not bold at all. I wanted short, but she was too afraid to go short. I finally got to a point where I decided to leave because no matter what she would do to fix it, it would just screw it up. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed. I'm so furious. They are lucky to get one star because if they had the option of negative stars they would get -4. So unhappy and I won't be going back there again.
