Not a Good Experience. I went in to have partial blonde highlights and it took 2.5 hours . My hair was orange . did not cover re growth . had to put two toners on my hair and it looked worse when I walked out of the place. i was told I could come back and they would re due it . My hair is not long , just below chin so it should not have taken so long to do . I now have to take time off of work to go back in because I had to pay for it and I could not see how bad it was until I was out in the sun . Plus the place is not very clean .

THE SAHARA LOCATION HAS TO BE THE WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I SCHEDULED A SERVICE WITH THEM 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO COME IN AND PUT THE FULL CASH DEPOSIT 250 CASH ONLY TO HOLD THE SPOT. I CAME IN NOT EVEN 24HRS LATER TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. AND THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME BACK 200. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT A CANCELLATION FEE NOR IS THERE ANY INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT CHARGING A FEE FOR CANCELING. THE OWNER JOYTI JOSHI WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME TOO BAD IM ONLY GETTING BACK 200. I CAME INTO THEIR STORE ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND NOT ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER WAS IN THEIR. THEY SAID THE 50 CANCELLATION FEE WAS BECUASE I TIED UP THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR THAT DAY AND ITS TOO BAD.. THATS JUST THE WAY IT WORKS. I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NAME AND SHE WOULDNT GIVE IT TO ME. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOMAN IVE EVER DEALT WITH. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDNT TAKE ONLY MY 200 BACK THAT SHE WOULD JUST KEEP IT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER NEVER SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY. SHE THEN TOLD ME TO FIND IT ON THE WEBSITE WHERE IT SAYS THEY CHARGE 50 FEE FOR CANCELIING. HATE HATE HATE THIS PLACE ..IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. AND I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT ALSO WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. ZACK

I wish I read reviews before the owner was about to call the police on me, please hear my storie at list n stay away from this horible cave I went there 😥 I left crying, the owner is so unprofessional she should own a 711 not a hair salon, christy colored my hair orange, I came to color only my roots after 3 hours, I was agitated, she said its only because of the salon Lightning that's my hair looks orange, A professional hairdresser would tell me I know you want it blond and your hair looks orange let's fix it, she. Actually started arguing with me the owner agreed with her, this people are a joke, have no sales experience I had to ask her for product and shampoos that I would like to buy from her, after I agreed to buy product from them and I told him that I just moved to Las Vegas and I would be a loyal customer are usually tip at least 60 bucks, they still didn't care, after she fix my hair, I told them this is taking too long I need to leave, because I didn't want to grill the hairdressing and say to the owner that my hair is still orange, I stood up and asked to leave and told her to give me discounts because I am not paying for the full price because my hair was still wet she told me she ll give me couple dollars off I decline she told them to lock the door, like Im a broke person that s gonna escape, she start diling.. I told the girl dry my hair I'll pay the full price n I'll leave, the girl did so, she called the owner and start expending to her how great she did n that my hair color is looking exactly like I wanted it, inStead of assuring me and asking me how I feel about me, then i gave her 200$ fr the roots she said she'll take 25$ off I told her NoJUST KEEP IT, wanted to teach her a lessen that's it isn't about the money, if i don't have a problem, paying 200$ fr only roots color and blew dry, n buying ur pruduct, I'll expect respect n great service fr high prices, Then I was Choked seeing bad reviews on the same topic, when I'm not happy with price I get scheduled for another day or I get 50% off or the best behavior all good reviews are from her family and friends I swear guys

Treated unprofessional by Hypnotics Salins owner/ manager when hair was messed up by cutting mistake and not providing the agreed cut and color. Forced to pay under duress, for the service due to the owner continually threatened to call police when I complained about the hair disaster. A hair stylist Chrissy came over to try and help after asking her. She also showed the manager the problem and cut mistakes. Due to Cassey walking off and started sweeping during my cut. I was at the salon for over 5 hours??? The hair dresser Cassey did attempt to do a long bob since my hair was long and thick. All of this was discussed in a consult prior. I walked out with a uneven to my chin hair cut of some kind supper dark color now very upset. I am not at all happy due to my hair is now ruined. The manager/owner was completely aware of this and unsympathetic continued to press payment and threatened calling the police. Really no crime was committed except a horrible color and cut unexceptable. Please know this is and was not OK. Highly disappointed and will not be treated like this for a mistake made by this salon!! Customer service with ethics and knowledge is certainly recommended. When a customer wants their hair trimmed or cut that's what they want not what a hair stylist did. You should not charge or over charge for mistakes you made and think this is right. These are true facts as stated and experienced. Thank you.
