Maria did a great job with my hair cut. I have VERY long hair and didn’t want to lose any length. She showed me what she wanted to cut off before she started. I agreed to the length she chose and to do layers. She was very careful to make sure she didn’t cut to much and when I got home my boyfriend didn’t even notice I got a cut which is EXACTLY what I wanted! Thanks Maria!

I arrived and was told 15 mins. I see 2 people walk in and go ahead of me. Basically, they have a system for waiting customers and don’t follow it. I wasted 40mins waiting and they said sorry. Don’t go there if you value your time. Their leadership is pathetic.

Bad customer service.
Checked in for 12:15pm appointment with the website showing 0 mins wait.
Arrived at 12:16pm
Front desk told me 10min wait with two people ahead of me.
At 12:40pm I was told another 10min wait.
Finally got a seat at 1:10pm.
They allowed 4 people ahead of me without explanation.

Front desk offered no explanations or even an apology.

I had a great conditioning for my hair and also a 'Supercut'. The staff is prompt, helpful and skilled. Five stars.

First time having my haircut here. Van Le was my beautician and gave me a nice haircut. She was also nice to talk to and very friendly. I recommend going on Tuesdays for the discounted haircut and signing up for the rewards program.
