Apparently, Supercuts does not train all stylists the same. Maybe next time if you can't do something properly, Chris, I suggest you inform the customer beforehand. Should already be passed the "test dummy" phase.  First impressions go a long way and my first impression of you is that you are a very egocentric individual.  Showed him a picture of the color I desired, and I understand that it wouldn't have been just like it but blue? Seriously? It was supposed to be a lighter gray. And you couldn't even apologize.  The whole 4 hours I was there, He disregarded everything I had to say and continued to do whatever he pleased.
      I knew he would not fix it when i went in. Doesn't even bother me that he decided to keep the tip,which he did not deserve in the first place. What did bother me, is how his arrogant attitude seemed to diminish once he realized he messed up.  So I'm glad you kept a measly couple bucks, you seemed like you needed it.

Went in to get a quick cut. Not my first choice, but nearby while coming down the hill. Was supposed to be a quick cut and blow dry . Well apparently, gossiping with your co-workers while there are people in the sitting area is good customer service. I could be mistaking, but I believe his name is Christopher, was either hung-over , drunk already or loaded off of something else, cut my hair. One side is shorter than the other and I asked to leave the back a little long FOR A REASON, and what did he do? This wanna be hipster chopped and chopped. Kept silent because I just wanted to see how far he would go. Didn't deserve the tip and this business did not deserve the payment. Gave him a tip out of pity, not because he is good at what he does. Not coming back. Can't stand his attitude or lack of respect for what I asked for .

Worst service! My son and I are completely done with this place and not just this location but the whole chain. The stylist aren't even stylist! Pisses me off that they hire rude staff .  Really changed since they opened. If you want a crappy hair cut then go ahead and go!
