Horrible customer service. Their work might be great but the welcoming was ridiculous. I walked in and immediately got to girls looking at me very ugly which I found very disrespectful, Then they told me to come back to another girl that can quote  me better. And when I returned I got another ugly look as well. Sorry not sorry but for me customer service is everything

Worst customer service ever, very rude and can't seem to do what you ask for even when you show them a picture. Val the owner of the shop told me one price on the phone and then when you get to the shop it's a different price very unprofessional  and her stylist are very lazy and took one to many breaks while braiding my hair. This will be my last time going to Val's African braids! I think they need a course in how to conduct themselves in a professional setting and Val need to post her prices in the shop and online and stop trying to cheat the customers!

Absolutely love it here....the people are super kind, and super fast. Took my Grandmother here once and now its the only Salon she's ever wants to go to!

They accommodated me so well here. I was not sure what i wanted when i went in to the salon, but with the professional consultation they gave me i left the salon with a cute protective style that has lasted me over two weeks and I have no frizz. Honestly im sure my braids will last until my next appointment.
