Website states Veterans Day Observed, but NO FREE CUT for Vets.... Great Clips and Sport Clips do.

Because their very professional and all of the hair stylist are very good. It doesn't matter who cuts your hair! Unfortunately in a couple of months they went from $16 to $18 per hair cut.  But it's still worth it.

My daughter went to super cut, Sunday, to get a long A line cut ( short in the back going longer towards the front). She actually had a pic to show the lady. My daughter knew she was in trouble when her hair was being cut with clippers & a razor. Her bangs were cut short. Nothing even about this hair cut. She tried to straighten her hair and it was so uneven. We went back today and the lady said the manager would be in at 1. We returned at 1 and we explained what happened. The lady said " well what do you want me to do??? Um mm fix my hair !! The lady said " well your bangs are too short, so what do you want". Needless to say, we got our money back and left. We ended up going to Schroeder's and it took the lady an hour but she fixed it the best she could. If you want your hair messed up & experience extremely rude uncaring people, then this is your place !!!!

One of the workers there is so rude and completely unprofessional! My husband needed a neckline trim. We went in there asking if anyone is available since we came 30 min before closing and without an appointment. The lady behind the counter was so rude while replying to our questions! My husband just asked her if they do a trim, he used the word trim instead of "neckline trim" and she went all rude dealing with us as if we were ignorant and don't know what we are saying! She kept that inappropriate sarcasm smile on her face!! I told her we have been to other places before where they do a hair trim! I really can't figure out what her problem was! She even said it is going to be the same price! She just assumed that we needed something and didn't even bother asking! We are the customers and she works there, even if we used an unknown term to her, she could easily ask if he needs a neckline trim or getting his hair shorter without having to make a big deal out of it and ruin our day with that silly conversation we had to have with her! We don't appreciate the way she talked to us at all! Btw, my husband went once before and had a haircut but unfortunately the lady who did the haircut for him wasn't there!
