Asked. to get a hair cut. They said 20 minutes, 40 minutes later finally sat in chair. Told person I wanted a flattop, young lady proceeded to shave off all my hair even though at the start she said she knew how to cut hair. I don't think so!!! Worst hair cut ever!

Called at 12:00 Noon .. they said 30 mins, took my name. Came in before 12:30. From what I saw they were talking to a lady and took her first. I think she was a walk in. Finally got my hair cut just before 1pm. What does the call ahead take your name first if they take walk ins first and it does not seem like your call did anything. I mentioned the call ahead and they said .. well they have to take walk ins. I don't think they know the meaning of reservation or call ahead. Also I asked about the supper cuts punch card I have and found out they are not franchised???? How do they do that and use their name.

My sister-in-law and I visited this Supercuts today as we were pressed for time and couldn't get in at a regular salon. I just needed a trim, and she wanted a cut. We were greeted as though we were putting them out by having to do women's hair and not your basic men's cut. On the price menu it said that they offered a shampoo or a super shampoo. When I asked what the difference was, the reply was, "It doesn't matter, we're going to do the super shampoo anyway." My 'stylist' said my hair was too long to sit for the trim (it's about 2 inches past my shoulders) and had me stand the whole time she cut it. When she was done, she took my cape off and said, "Okay, you're all done". I just stood there kind of shocked as my hair was dripping and not combed out. I asked her if she was going to blow-dry it, and she said, "Um, I guess, but I'm going to have to charge you extra, and I don't know how much we charge for that." Neither did the other stylist. I asked if I could dry it myself and she grabbed my purse and moved me to a different station. Looked over and my sister-in-law was 'all done' too, standing there with her hair sopping. Needless to say, next time we will schedule our hair appointments with an actual salon. You definitely get what you pay for here, that is, if they even know the price. I still tipped 20%, because I always do...but hesitated. Why the 2 stars? They were near a Starbucks, and coffee within close proximity always deserves a star or two.

Polite, fast, listen to suggestions. FYI, a basic Supercut (no shampoo) is $16.50.
