Í love Supercuts the staff is friendly and very helpful. The comment before mine mentions the wait.  The wait is because they are great at their job and they are in big demand. Just like a great restaurant. It's worth the wait. Be patient and you'll be pleased.

Sign says they take walk ins but they will turn you away if they are too busy. Since they do that, walk in sign should be taken down. If they don't want to accept all walk ins, sign should say that,  or be taken down. They will say you can call ahead but they don't always take you then either. Basically they pick and choose. I wonder if the corporate office is aware of how much business they are losing.

They were great at what they did. Did exactly what I asked and we're very cooperative. Very affordable for a simple hair cut. They also can do complex haircuts. Great place to get a hair cut!

This place has never really been a place I’d recommend. They usually are rushed and don’t really listen to what you ask them to do. And to top it all off I recently I have heard about how they used bleach on someone’s hair and gave their scalp third degree burns! The supervisor apparently couldn’t have cared less. Definitely would steer people away from this place at all costs. The hairdresser who did that to that poor girls hair should be fired and have their license revoked.
