I took my 6 year old daughter to get A TRIM on Sunday around 1pm. I asked to have her hair washed, cut and straightened (she has curly hair). They only had 2 hair dressers in the shop and one was coloring someones hair. So Jeanie Fei (not sure how you spell it....the short lady with black hair and an accent) told me that if she straightened it, she could only do it with the flat iron and not blow dry it because she "didn't have enough time", normally it takes about 20 minutes to straighten her hair also, I came in around 1 and the store closes at 4 on Sunday. In addition, WHILE I was there she took an appointment over the phone and the person came in directly after me. So I said don't worry about straightening it then because 1. I'm not going to pay for a service if your not going to do it properly 2. I assumed she knew what she was doing and could cut her hair as it was after she washed it since she obviously didn't want to straighten it. After she washed it she did not comb it thoroughly and then proceeded to cut it. When she was done she told me to go home and straighten it and see if it was uneven and if it was to come back and she would fix it. First off I thought this was extremely unprofessional! She had to know she butchered her hair (it was hard for me to tell because it was curly and barley brushed). In my mind I'm thinking maybe a few stray strands. I'm a pretty easy going person so I let it go. Long story short, I straightened it, it was HORRENDOUS!!!! When I called to have them fix it the manager wasn't there, I spoke to her and I wanted to make sure that she was going to straighten it before she fixed it this time because she obviously cant cut it curly and she told me I had to pay for her to straighten it so she could fix it!!!! This place is a joke DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES....IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TRIM!!! I went somewhere else to have it fixed.....the other stylist was in utter shock.

Dont use the check in app because you schedule an appointment and get kicked off if you dont go right away. Dont waste your time.  Usually an hour wait.  I called the manager as well and never got a response.
