One star for always having available openings for a cut. I brought my daughter here to get a straight cut bangs. I told them what I wanted, remind you this was my 3rd visit here for the same cut for my daughter. I walk in and tell the owner what I want. She said okay and gets the stylist that assumes she should speak the Spanish language to me. I had no idea what she said, so I told her I speak English. ..so weird. I explained what we always get here and she said okay. My daughter sits in the chair and I wait. As I'm waiting, I hear the stylist telling my daughter how her bangs should be cut. Then the owner comes up and starts asking my daughter if she wants her bangs side swept. I'm thinking who the hell is paying for this and why are they doing something else other than what I requested? She cuts them and apparently the hair doesn't lay right. She starts asking my little girl if she had a keratin treatment?!I walk over and ask what is going on??! She starts saying my daughter requested something different. I know that was BS!!!! Needless to say they screwed something so simple and lost a customer.
