Today I walked in supercuts located in Baseline. I made an appointment at 2:30, Decemeber 31. When I walked in to check in, a blonde older lady gave no or little acknowledgement and told me I had to wait 10 minutes because they were busy. I understood and patiently sat down. Another man came in the store maybe 5 minutes later with the same appointment time as me(I heard it when he checked in). He ended up going before me even though the lady that was suppose to cut my hair, (middle-age, brunette-straight hair, green eyes) saw that I was next. This guy was also told by the blonde lady that I was ahead of him and I'm pretty sure that brunette lady heard. Anyway, my wait from 10 minutes ended being 20-25 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the brunette lady asked me how I was and I told her good. From that moment, I sensed a shift in her attitude. Her mannerism and how she draped me with the cover was just plain rude and not friendly. I felt that she had an unprofessional attitude and continually was rude to me. I noticed before hand to all her previous customer that she was nice to them. It just wasn't fair how she was treating me. All I kept thinking was, 'Why be in the service industry if you can't provide at-least semi or decent service'. I walked out because the way she was treating me, I felt as if she was going to give me a bad haircut. Me and my friend walked in moments later and we asked to talk to the manager. The shift leader showed up and so did the older blonde lady and the brunette lady that was suppose to cut my hair. We told them exactly what just happened. First of all, there were no apologies said to us. They were confrontational and defensive throughout the whole time. Though we told them that we just wanted a civil conversation and let them know what had happened that caused to me walk out, they were unwilling to listen and just made us feel attacked. I then called to get the regional managers contact information the older lady who worked at the front desk refused to give me her email saying "she didn't understand" and only gave me the name and the time she would be working on Monday. Anyways I'm not sure if it's due to my age that they feel as though the can talk down to me and throw my issues to side or if that's just how they treat people. I just needed to let people know of this TERRIBLE experience, so go somewhere else save your money.

Been to at least 3 places that did bad job on my low fade short cut, 1 of those places was supercuts on sunrise, decided to give it another shot here since they are around the corner. Anna did a good job, will return again.
