I've never had a bad experience at this place and my son has gotten 3 hair cuts here. I don't understand where all these bad experiences are coming from. I've had 2 different stylist work on my son and he has never cried during them. He looked so darn cute after every haircut and I have never been disappointed.

When you first walk in the place seems a little run down the two ladies there did not seem that friendly. The bathroom was dirty no paper towels. One of the custoners odfered to take out the bathroom trash because there was a dirty diaper and the employer did not even mind. The girls seemed to be complaining people we calling wanting to know if they were open (day before 4th of july) she did a fine job on my son's hair. I don't know if I would go back.

Do you know what a godsend this place is? My spectrum kiddo used to freak out when it was time for a haircut.  It had gotten so bad I would shave his head in the back yard to avoid salom meltdowns - he can't stand the feel of hair. When he finally needed a real haircut, I had read of Tangles and gave it a try. The owner - who has the patience of a Saint - cut his hair while he played Wii. Not a single peep. Hard part haircut would've been IMPOSSIBLE anywhere else. Looked great. Happy kid, happy mom.

Shiran did extensions on my daughter. It was a nightmare. I will attach pictures when able. At first she had my daughters hair teased and hairsprayed to cover the horrible mess. When we got home she had extensions sticking out of everywhere. I've never seen a worst job.  Called and made an appointment to get them removed the next day.  She ended up cutting a lot of my daughters real hair out (of which there's already very little, thus we were trying extensions) ofcourse I asked for a refund. No way I should be paying for this huge waste of time.  She refused. Spoke to her  Brother of the owner  Who started yelling at me and giving me attitude in front of my children.  HORRIBLE.  
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE HAIR. 
My son got a hair cut from Shiron and also a very poor job. Will never go there. Avoid like the plague.

Dont get a line up there. The place was awesome(clean, nice) but i probably wont be going back because of how bad my sons line up was. Bad haircuts👎👎
