After many different salons, I came across the Newmarket Supercuts. I am extremely happy and impressed with this location. Consequently, I have remained loyal to this location for a long time. I have the manager, Zohra, colour my hair, she is the best and am always super happy with her colour, her relationship to me and she listens to what I want. The place is extremely, and I mean 'extremely' clean and you can tell the staff all get along and work together as a team. I give this place 5 stars for nice people, quality work, good team work and a great place! Also, I am glad they have 'tea tree' shampoo.

First off let me begin by saying that they don't accept coupons displayed on your phone. The owner use not environmentally friendly and insist that you print it off. The lady that cut my son's hair did a fairly good job. He was happy. But I cannot return as I cannot support a company that doesn't care about the environment.

bad client etiquette, I will never go there again even though its walking distance from my home. I went there for my child hair cut, the hairdresser who was free instead asked the lady (local white) who came 10 min. later than me. The lady was decent enough to remind her that I came before her. But, she just loitered around and asked her colleague, who was busy with another client. Her colleague finished her and took my child, only after that that hairdresser smiled brightly to kid of that lady and started her job with him. Probably its problem only with that hairdresser, with blonde hair and powdered makeup (but not native english speaker) or its the policy of that salon. Client is always client to be treated and greeted with nice manners and smile, whether she or he is of different color, race or background. -But I found its exclusive for only selective color or native english people.

Worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere! After being told my daughters very basic haircut would be 23 dollars I asked how much if it's also blow dried. I was told 30. When we went to pay the woman cashing me out said 73 dollars. I told her I was told 30 and she became very ignorant and rude. She started telling me they have been cutting hair for over 30 years and that it cost 23 for the cut plus 30 for the blow dry and some "extra". I simply said I just didn't expect to pay 73 dollars for a kids hair cut especially when it was a basic trim across the bottom, no bangs or anything. At this she became enraged and began slamming things (making my kids very nervous) and then yelled at me "Fine I'll charge you 50 and you'd better be happy with that!" I said I wasn't happy at how I was being treated, paid and left. Then when we got to the car I noticed her hair was completely crooked and in some spots 2 inches shorter then others. NEVER GO THERE!

She butchered my hair, I even showed a picture first and now I have a extremely short cut not what I wanted will never go back ever
